The resort is a Gold Crown resort and considered desirable year round. It is an odd year with a floating week timeshare. This unit is what is known as a 1 bedroom a and b with two baths. It can be used as a studio or a hotel room separately (sleeps two each) or together (sleeps 4). We have turned the unit in to RCI for exchange and received two weeks for our one week by using the split of the two. RCI has timeshares around the world that we can and have used. This timeshare is owned forever (not a set number of years as many are), and will go to your heirs, and their heirs and you actually own the timeshare property. This is an excellent resort that has all the comforts of home and is in a great location near "Old Lahaina Town". It is well kept. We hate to sell but have no choice.
